Kobato.

Kobato is a girl sent to Earth to fulfill her wish-to reach a special place. To make this happen, she must collect wounded hearts in a bottle. With the help of her "teacher," a talking stuffed animal, she searches for those with broken hearts. But there’s one rule she must follow: she can never fall in love with anyone whose heart she heals.
