Hey, Class President!

Chiga, a tightly wound student, is baffled when his laid-back judo partner Kokusai gets elected class president at their all-boys school. To make matters worse, Kokusai immediately names Chiga as his vice-president. How did such a sluggish guy even win? Chiga soon realizes his main job will be keeping Kokusai out of trouble - but can he handle it?
