Kunimi Hiro is a high school student forced to abandon his dream of becoming a professional baseball player after a devastating injury. Now at a new school, he crosses paths with Haruko, who is determined to revive the school's defunct baseball team. Their first hurdle is the stubborn school principal, who still harbors resentment over the team's humiliating defeat a decade ago. Even after gaining approval to form the team, they face the daunting tasks of recruiting players, training them, and earning respect in the competitive high school baseball scene. This is the story of a group of students united by their passion for baseball. Hiro, a nationally skilled pitcher and batter, teams up with his best friend, a talented catcher, and Haruko, the driven team manager, as they push toward their ultimate goal: building a team strong enough to compete for the national championship.
