Fuuto PI: The Portrait of Kamen Rider Skull

"What led to the creation of the Gaia Memories?" "Why did W take up the fight?" To answer Tokime’s questions, Shoutarou calmly starts recounting the past. He tells of his encounter and eventual farewell with the man he looked up to-his mentor, Soukichi Narumi. In the shadows of Fuuto, the city of wind, strange figures called Dopants had begun to emerge, wielding the power of Gaia Memories. A younger Shoutarou, still rough around the edges, became an assistant at Soukichi’s detective agency, striving to follow in his footsteps. Unbeknownst to him, Soukichi was secretly fighting as Skull, leaving Shoutarou increasingly frustrated with his mentor’s secrecy. Then came the phone call-a request from Hell, drawing Shoutarou and the others into a fateful night. When he tracked down Soukichi to deliver the "trump card" given by the mysterious caller, what awaited him? Shoutarou and Philip. The two who became one detective, and the night that gave birth to Kamen Rider W. The full story is about to unfold.
