Digimon X-Evolution

A virtual realm known as the "Digital World" was formed by modern networks, giving rise to digital lifeforms called "Digital Monsters" (Digimon). The host computer Yggdrasil governed the various regions of this world. But fearing overpopulation, it created the "X Program" to wipe out existing Digimon and rebuild the Digital World for a select few. Now, the Digital World faces its gravest threat yet. The "X-Digimon," a new breed of Digital Monster, are being hunted by the Royal Knights-guardians of the Digital Worlds. Their leader, Yggdrasil, plans to execute "Project Ark," a scheme to reset the Digital Worlds and create new Digimon by erasing all current digital life. As the X-Digimon searches for the truth behind its own existence, it fights to protect all Digimon from annihilation. In doing so, it will alter the fate of the Digital Worlds forever.
