Mystery spy Lemon Sunomono suddenly appears before Shinnosuke, claiming to be an agent of Action Kamen. Raised as a spy by her parents in the Sukashipestan Republic, she serves the Queens. Inspired by her, Shinnosuke agrees to train as a spy to fight for justice. Under Action Kamen's orders, Lemon and Shinnosuke infiltrate a lab in the Hedelna Kingdom to steal back a capsule from a wicked professor. But when Lemon discovers the Queens' true intentions, the two must fight to stop their sinister scheme.
