Sakurakouji Sakura seems like a quiet, elegant girl, but she secretly has formidable martial arts skills. One day, she witnesses a boy named Oogami Rei using blue flames to burn people alive-only to discover he’s a new transfer student at her school. Oogami is a "Code Breaker," someone who officially doesn’t exist. He lives by a ruthless code, using evil to punish evil. Believing his methods are wrong, Sakurakouji resolves to stop him and break through his cold exterior.
