Best Student Council
Randou Rino is a flighty young girl with a talking puppet on her hand. Despite her seemingly empty-headed nature, she gets admitted into the prestigious all-girls Gokujou School-and even more surprisingly, she’s invited to join the elite Gokujou Student Council, an organization with more influence and business dealings than most major corporations. As she settles into her new role, she forms friendships with the council’s exceptionally skilled members, raising the question: why was someone with no obvious talents or merits chosen for such an exclusive group?
