Beast King GoLion
Long ago, a sentient robot named GoLion wielded immense power, using it to slaughter creatures called Deathblack Beastmen while boasting of his invincibility. As punishment for his arrogance, the Goddess of the Universe split him into five separate lion robots. In 1999, five young men return to Earth from a space voyage, only to discover it devastated by nuclear war. After crossing paths with the alien Galra, they find themselves on the planet Altea, where they learn the five lion robots-remnants of GoLion-lie dormant across the land. To save humanity, they must awaken and reunite the lions, reforming GoLion as their last hope.
