Asteroid in Love
When Mira Kinohata was a child, she met a boy named Ao Manaka, who loved gazing at the stars. Though their time together was brief, Ao introduced her to the beauty of the cosmos-planets, distant stars, and the vastness of space. Before they went their separate ways, Mira learned that while a star bore her name, none existed for Ao. Determined to change that, she made him a promise: someday, she would find a new asteroid and name it after him. Years later, Mira's love for astronomy remains strong. Now a high school student at Hoshizaki Academy, she hopes to join the Astronomy Club, only to discover it’s been combined with the Geology Club into a single Earth Sciences Club. Reluctantly, she joins-but to her surprise, she reunites with Ao after all this time. Together with their new clubmates, Mira and Ao set out to keep their childhood promise. But just how easy is it to discover an asteroid, anyway?
