Arc the Lad

For years, a secret group called White House has been turning adults and children into mutants known as Chimeras through twisted experiments. Elk, a young man who wields the power of flame, escaped their grasp and now works as a rising star in the Hunter's Guild, taking on jobs for pay. During a mission to track down a deranged hijacker fleeing White House, he crosses paths with Lieza-another survivor who escaped after her village was destroyed by the organization. She commands a gentle monster named Pandit. After the encounter, Elk becomes determined to uncover the truth behind the attack on his own village and take revenge on Arc, the rogue who seemingly led the assault and murdered Elk's parents.
