In a world where traditional energy sources have been exhausted, the only remaining resource is human waste. To incentivize production, the government implants a chip in every citizen's anus at birth, rewarding them with "juicybars"-highly addictive narcotics-each time they defecate. Some users mutate into blue dwarfs with severe constipation, forming the underground "Diaper Gang," obsessed with obtaining more juicybars. Aachi and Ssipak are petty thieves who steal and sell the drugs to survive. Their luck changes when they meet a woman implanted with the anal chips of every Diaper Gang member, generating a flood of juicybars with every trip to the bathroom. Suddenly wealthy, the two find themselves hunted by both the government and the Diaper Gang, forcing them to fight to keep their fortune.
