In the near future, the death penalty has been abolished globally, leading criminals to be imprisoned in an underground facility built inside the impact crater of a nuclear site in the United States-a place called Neo Purgatory. When the enigmatic villain Donn Canyon begins his mission to "purify the world" using radiation, a group of women known as the Guard of Rose find themselves caught in the conflict. Maki, Naomi, Doris, Marilyn, and Katherine must now fight to prevent humanity's total destruction. But will they succeed, or will the Canyon family force the world's superpowers to surrender to their grim vision?
