Hanabi is a sixth-grade girl caught between childhood and adolescence. She grapples with small but significant struggles-like accidentally seeing her homeroom teacher kiss someone, or fearing she’ll be the last in her friend group to go through physical changes. The story follows her tender, sometimes awkward, journey through innocent worries and her first taste of love.
